When is my next lawn maintenance visit?

Every lawn care contract can be custom tailored to meet your landscape's needs. During our growing season (April through September) the minimum frequency of lawn care visits is bi-weekly, while during our dormant season (October through March) the minimum frequency is every 3 weeks. If you have a question as to your specific frequency, feel free to email our office at info@pls6.com for a prompt response.

How long will my lawn care team spend during my maintenance visits and what if they run out of time?

Your account manager initially provided you with an estimate based on the average amount of time each service visit will take. Your lawn care team will do their best to provide supreme service during that allotted amount of time. However, during certain times of year your lawn may require more time or more frequent visits. Our office may reach out to you with recommendations but at any time, you may contact us to request additional service visits, maybe to get the massive amount of oak leaves that are falling or to provide some well needed hard pruning from winter frost damage. Just contact our office and any of our team members will be happy to get that scheduled.

To provide you with the best service possible and an accurate quote, we need to see your outdoor space. We strive to perform a site visit within 48 hours of our initial call to you unless another time better meets your schedule.

During the on-site visit, you can show us the areas of your outdoor space that most concern you and outline your expectations for your landscaping. Our team will also make recommendations for improvements.

3. Proposal & Agreement

Most of the time we can provide you with a quote for landscaping services during our on-site visit. This is especially true when you're looking for landscape maintenance.

If we need extra time to create your quote, you can expect to receive it within seven days of our visit. We always offer a maintenance plan with installations, If you opt to sign a year contract for maintenance with your installation, you get a double warranty.

You can opt to prepay for your landscape maintenance yearly with a three percent discount or set up monthly auto payments. If you're having a landscape installation done, you'll need to pay a deposit, typically 50 percent, at this time.

4. Get Started

With the quote and payment out of the way, it's time to turn your yard into a beautiful oasis. Here's what you need to know:

Maintenance: When you sign up for landscape maintenance, you can expect your first service done within one to two days of signing the contract. During each maintenance visit, our team may take photos of your property, so we can offer suggestions for improvements.
Installation: Installation projects take a little more planning, and you can expect installation to begin within four to six weeks. During the installation, each of our team has a supervisor who will be your point of contact. After the installation is complete, you pay the remaining balance on the work.
